Preciscan3D™is a in-line dimension inspection system based on scanning. By using a 3D scanner mounted on the tip of robots,
Preciscan3D™can measure the product’s quality as well as the dimension of many different components and their assembling, and detect flaws from the surface.
The accuracy of robots remains via integrated and automatic robots calibration.Within inspection time,
Preciscan3D™collects point cloud data and extract the geometric features such as hole, slot, surface, Trim and hem edge arraying components as CAD files automatically. The extracted data will be stored into ComXtream™ database for reporting after comparing a user-defined tolerance.
